I've tried uninstalling the drivers and letting Windows 10 reinstall them upon restarts and more restarts and it doesn't fix the issue. ![]() ![]() And in device manager I edited to properties to "Disable" power saving for the USB Hubs when not used. I followed all instructions online and can't seem to find a fix, I've changed the power management settings to always enable USB power at max levels. Now I ran the Dell SupportAssist diagnostics and I keep getting this message, I think it may be the key to all my issues. I couldn't get the mouse to work in ANY other USB port/HUB (front or back) only plugged into the keyboard. Then it stopped working completely.Īfter a few hours of troubleshooting, the mouse only seems to work when plugged into my keyboard (Razer Chroma V2), which is also plugged into the back USB hub (strange huh?) ![]() It kept periodically disconnecting and Windows 10 kept alerting me that the "device has malfunctioned". Last week my Chaos G905 Mouse stopped working plugged into the back of the computer.
